How do I return a package?

As a consumer, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days during which you can withdraw from your purchase when shopping at jbj-clothing.

This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods, or when you physically receive the last item if it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in a single order and delivered individually.

  • You must notify us within 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can notify us by email to: jbjclothing1@gmail.com You will then receive information on how to purchase a return label directly through us.

In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase. You will then receive a series of information where you can subsequently obtain a return label.

  • If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your purchase.

  • You must cover the direct costs of returning the item. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

  • You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing to receive the goods without also notifying us of this.

  • The costs associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend sending the products back with track and trace so that they can be tracked until they have been delivered.

The item you return must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the item is still in its original packaging and with the label intact. If this is not observed, we reserve the right to deduct at least 10 EUR per item that does not meet these requirements from the order.

(IMPORTANT) So that we can keep track of it, you must include your order number on a note that you put in the package with the products.

We recommend that you send your order back through us with Dao. If you do not wish to do this, we recommend using Postnord or Bring.
